Remodeling of RAME Brückner, in Hostalric.

This week the remodeling work began on a RAME Brückner, in Hostalric. The works consist of centralizing the control of the installation in a SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC, which is linked to 8 LENZE 9300 variable speed drives through a CAN / Profinet Gateway. The installation is complemented with 3 touch terminals of 4 ”, 15” and 12 ”, mounted along the line.
On the fourth day of work, the line had resumed production
The solution adopted will allow the current inverters to be updated in the event that, after a breakdown, one of them is irreparable. Most of its functions have been downloaded onto the PLC.
As for the installation, it has been prioritized to maintain the existing elements. In future production stops, the excess elements will be removed and the series of machine stoppages will be reviewed.
